We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer regulations.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in its original condition.
In the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and certificates (if applicable).
Returned within the stated time frame.
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to bedding and other intimate goods, unless they are faulty.
Please contact us at support@harringtonblackwell.co.uk before sending any item back. We will provide you with return instructions specific to your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
If your return does not meet the conditions above, we reserve the right to decline a refund or issue a partial refund.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@harringtonblackwell.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 working days of approval, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank or card provider. If you still have not received it, please contact us at support@harringtonblackwell.co.uk
